Well, with your mad skills and my German heritage no one would be safe. I had surgery on Thursday and I'm on oxycodone. I usually don't take medication, so the stuff puts me in a blur. My brother and his friends were watching me sleep the other day. Weirdos.
Okay, and I'll teach you Japanese, Persian, and French. No country would be safe from our espionage. What are you on medication for?
I could teach you. Promise I will go slow. And afterward you'll speak as ugly as me.
Haha, sounds like I'm coming onto you. It's the pain meds. I swear.
Wow, that is CERtianly amazing.
Wait I did that wrong =P
du bist besser mit alles dann mich :( I'm going to cry in the corner now.
Okay, out of respect for your wishes, I won't say ma'am. But did I ever tell you that a popular dance is the MAMbo? By the way, MAMbas are venemous snakes. Also, MAMmoths have been extinct for many years. And MAMmals nurse their young.
Haha, you can't get much done, though, if you're just laying on the ground.
Passing out is one of the best parts of training, besides vomiting and death.
Hmm, that's interesting. I don't think, though, that I would be able to do any kind of cardio exercise on an empty stomach, because I would probably pass out or get really dizzy. I've been trying to work out earlier in the day since I have the time to. And since it's summer, I'm usually not home in the late afternoon or night.
Thanks for answering my question :D
Yes. That's why you should eat breakfast first. When your body is in a deficit (which you are after sleeping for hours without food), it oxidizes amino acids from protein pools, which leads to oxidizing the muscle tissue itself for energy, or muscle catabolism. The next time food is eaten, muscle tissue will continue to deteriorate while lipase enzymes are triggered to convert the fatty acids into triacylglycerols, which is a survival mechanism to preserve valuable fat stores and burn off muscle mass. This is what the mainstream fitness bunnies never address when they posit that running before breakfast "targets" fat.
O master of knowledge, I have a question. If you do cardio in the morning on empty stomach is it true that you will burn muscle instead of body fat? Or does none of that matter?
You blow my mind with your amazing comment inventive-ness.
Haha. Maybe you should type slower, because my brain can't absorb information that quick.
I know; that's why I said, "That's more like it." I accept your compliment.
